Kirsty Gillmore (she/her) is an acclaimed freelance Voice & Performance Director, Casting Director and Dialogue Producer. She has worked on over 80 game titles across voice, mocap and performance capture as well as animation and audio drama projects, collaborating with studios and actors all over the world. Game credits include The First Descendant, Fortnite, Valorant, Call of Duty, The Quiet Things and BAFTA-award winners Baldur’s Gate 3 and Metaphor: ReFantazio. Animation includes Shasha & Milo and the Netflix series Splinter Cell: Deathwatch. Kirsty is the lead lecturer in Acting for Video Games at Performers College Brighton (BIMM) and has directed and taught at Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, Royal Conservatoire of Scotland and Guildhall School of Music and Drama. She has been a speaker and panellist for Game Developers Conference, GameSoundCon, a jury member for the BAFTA Games Awards and BAFTA Film Awards and sits on the advisory board of the Performance track for Develop: Brighton conference. In 2021 she was selected for the prestigious BAFTA Breakthrough programme as a Voice Director for Games.

Kathryn Horan is The Voicecaster’s Senior Casting Director. Since joining The Voicecaster in 2012, Kathryn has held the titles of Casting Director, Demo Producer, Audio Engineer, and Voiceover Coach. Kathryn has cast for major brands like Honda, ampm, Ashley Furniture, Verizon, Nike, and many more! She has a B.A. in Theatre Arts and Acting from New Mexico State University and has been in the entertainment industry in Los Angeles for over 15 years!

KELLY MOSCINSKI
Kelly Moscinski is the Owner and Head of Casting at The Voicecaster – the oldest voiceover casting house in the country, established in 1975! With about 20 years of experience in VO and even more in entertainment, Kelly casts and directs all things voiceover. A few recent casting projects include commercials for Hyundai, Dole, Popeyes, Verizon, Walmart+, Google, Amazon, and many more; video game casting for Dungeons & Dragons, Ready or Not; and many more in every genre! Kelly is also a coach for voice actors – teaching group classes, private coaching, and is founder of the Voicecaster Lab, a digital VO training and community platform offering a variety of learn-at-your-own-pace courses, seminars, the Voicecaster Insiders Membership community, and other resources dedicated to giving voiceover artists the chance to learn from the casting perspective. RACHEL SLOTKY
Rachel Slotky is a voiceover artist and casting director best known for her expertise in animation, anime, and live-action dubbing. Over the last five years, she has cast 3,000+ actors across 50+ titles, all proudly produced under SAG-AFTRA agreements for Disney, Netflix, HBO, WB, and others. Highlights include Aztec Batman, Pokémon Concierge, Pluto, Black Clover, and Sword of the Wizard King. Her voice can be heard in commercials for Walmart, Nesquik, Skittles, and D&G. Favorite roles include P-chan in Ranma ½, Liu in Running Man, and the title role in Cartoon Network's I, Elvis Riboldi. A Chicago native, Rachel graduated with a B.F.A. in Acting from Syracuse University, with additional training at Shakespeare's Globe Theatre in London. She began her career in New York City as an actor and producer before moving into voiceover and eventually relocating to Los Angeles. She now draws on her unique perspective from "both sides of the glass" to bridge the gap between talent and production.
