Twenty-five years ago, J.J. fell in love with voiceover. Landing a job in Los Angeles with CBS Marketing as an audio room producer, she had the incredible opportunity to direct promo voiceover sessions with industry legends, receiving her own personal masterclass by learning from the best of the best. She went on to become a Writer/Producer and then VP Creative Director, creating promotional campaigns seen by millions of viewers across the country for some of television's most iconic shows. Her experience at CBS provided her with a unique, in-depth understanding of the world of promo-from the perspective of the room producer responsible for getting the best reads from talent, to the writer/producer establishing the intentions behind the scripts, to the creative director ultimately responsible for casting the voices that bring the promos to life. She loved voiceover so much that she crossed over, becoming talent herself. Since then, she has voiced projects spanning promos, commercials, sports, narration, and radio imaging for top networks and brands. As a coach, she offers the rare perspective of someone who has worked from all of those angles. Kirsty Gillmore (she/her) is a Voice & Performance Director, Casting Director and Dialogue Producer who has directed and cast over 60 game titles as well as animation and audio drama projects, working with studios and actors all over the world. Recent game credits include The First Descendant, Valorant, Baldur’s Gate 3, Metaphor: ReFantazio and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare II and animation includes Shasha & Milo and the upcoming Netflix series Splinter Cell: Deathwatch. Kirsty has directed and taught at Royal Central School of Speech and Drama, Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, BIMM University and Guildhall School of Music and Drama and has been a speaker and panellist for GDC, GameSoundCon, One Voice Conference and BAFTA. Kirsty is also a sound designer with over 20 years experience for live and audio projects. She has been a juror for multiple years for the BAFTA Games Awards, BAFTA Film Awards, One Voice Awards and Audio Production Awards. In 2021 she was selected for the prestigious BAFTA Breakthrough programme as a Voice Director for Games.

Kathryn Horan is The Voicecaster’s Senior Casting Director. Since joining The Voicecaster in 2012, Kathryn has held the titles of Casting Director, Demo Producer, Audio Engineer, and Voiceover Coach. Kathryn has cast for major brands like Honda, ampm, Ashley Furniture, Verizon, Nike, and many more! She has a B.A. in Theatre Arts and Acting from New Mexico State University and has been in the entertainment industry in Los Angeles for over 15 years!

Kelly Moscinski is the Owner and Head of Casting at The Voicecaster – the oldest voiceover casting house in the country, established in 1975! With about 20 years of experience in VO and even more in entertainment, Kelly casts and directs all things voiceover. A few recent casting projects include commercials for Hyundai, Dole, Popeyes, Verizon, Walmart+, Google, Amazon, and many more; video game casting for Dungeons & Dragons, Ready or Not; and many more in every genre! Kelly is also a coach for voice actors – teaching group classes, private coaching, and is founder of the Voicecaster Lab, a digital VO training and community platform offering a variety of learn-at-your-own-pace courses, seminars, the Voicecaster Insiders Membership community, and other resources dedicated to giving voiceover artists the chance to learn from the casting perspective.
